To be
considered for a refund, you must submit a written notice of withdrawal to
Royal Canadian Institute of Technology by registered mail, fax or email together
with a copy of the refusal letter from the Canadian Embassy. We will refund
your full tuition fee less a $500 processing fee within sixty (90) days of
receipt of the written notice.
