Withdrawal PolicyThe College’s policy on withdrawals and
refunds adheres to the guidelines provided by the Private Career
Training Institutions Agency of British Columbia. Students wishing to
withdraw from study must: - Submit a letter of withdrawal delivered personally or by registered mail to the campus director, OR
- Meet with the campus director and complete a student withdrawal form.
If
a student ceases to attend the college without providing written notice
of withdrawal, the college will consider the student to be absent. If
an International student, on the basis of a Study Permit, withdraws or
is dismissed; the director must inform Citizen and Immigration Canada
within 14 days and a copy of that notification must be kept in the
student’s file.
