Withdrawal Policy


The College’s policy on withdrawals and refunds adheres to the guidelines provided by the Private Career Training Institutions Agency of British Columbia. Students wishing to withdraw from study must:

  1. Submit a letter of withdrawal delivered personally or by registered mail to the campus director, OR
  2. Meet with the campus director and complete a student withdrawal form.

If a student ceases to attend the college without providing written notice of withdrawal, the college will consider the student to be absent.

If an International student, on the basis of a Study Permit, withdraws or is dismissed; the director must inform Citizen and Immigration Canada within 14 days and a copy of that notification must be kept in the student’s file.
